Most of our designs are custom-tailored to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction. Please allow 5-15 working days for your order to be processed before shipping. This timeframe allows us to create a garment that meets your specific requirements and preferences.
Ready-to-Wear Items
For our ready-to-wear designs, shipping will be faster as these designs are already made and do not require additional tailoring. Orders for ready-to-wear items will be delivered within 1-7 working days depending on your location.
Shipping Locations
We are pleased to offer shipping to all GCC countries, as per the following:
- United Arab Emirates
- Saudi Arabia
- Kuwait
- Qatar
- Bahrain
- Oman
Delivery Time
Once your order is custom-tailored and has been shipped, delivery times may vary based on your location within the GCC. Typically, delivery can take between 1-3 working days for shipments within UAE and 3-7 working days for shipments within other GCC countries. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays may affect delivery timelines. Also, please note that the delivery time starts after the designs are ready to be shipped.
Shipping Methods
We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your designs are delivered safely and promptly. The shipping method used will depend on your location and the size of your order. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package. We strive to keep our shipping rates competitive while ensuring the safe delivery of your custom-tailored and ready-to-wear designs.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Since each custom-tailored design is made specifically for you, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order once the tailoring process has begun. If you need to make any adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before production starts.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as necessary.
