Exchange and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our exchange and refund policy below:

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the item has a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was sent. In such cases, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

Eligibility for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  1. Condition: The item must be in new, unused condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  2. Unworn & Unwashed: The item must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and labels still attached.
  3. Original Packaging: The item should be returned in its original packaging (if possible) to ensure safe return.

 

Initiate an exchange or refund

  1. Contact us: To initiate an exchange or refund, please contact our customer support via email or direct message with your order details and reason for the request.
  2. Approval: We will respond to your request within 3 business days to approve your exchange or refund. Once your exchange or refund is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

 

Shipping Costs

  • We will cover the shipping cost for damaged or faulty items. For other requests, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
  • In the case of refunds, the original shipping cost will not be included in the refund amount.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged upon delivery or if the incorrect size was sent. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt with photographs of the damage. 
  • Refunds will not be processed for items that were customized or tailored to the customer's specifications.

 

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After this period, we cannot guarantee a cancellation, especially if the item is being  tailored and customized to your specifications.
  • In case of cancellation approval, you will be given the option for a refund.

 

Final Sale Items

  • Certain items may be marked as final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please check the product description before purchasing.
